Welll helllllllo beautiful residents of the Emerald City!!
It is my pleasure to announce my decision to move to Seattle in late September. Id like to get a head start on the housing/roomate situation. Put the word out, yo!
The Basics:
Looking for a room in a house/warehouse/apartment.
I need a bit of space besides a bedroom for my creative endevors...sewing, dancing, drawing, etc.
Price range: maximum of $700
Starting: last week of September
About me:
Female, 23, soon-to-be-college grad
No pets
Not a ton of furniture, have 1 car
Like clean and tidy shared spaces
Love to spend time with housemates, share interests, cleaning parties, etc
My ideal housemates DO:
Recycle
Share meals from time to time
Social/like to have others over
Artistic/creative minded
Active, energetic, and positive
DONT:
Watch a lot of tv
Have pets that create messes or are not treated for fleas (I am allergic to flea bites, I love cats, dogs are negotiable)
Be jealous/negative/possesive/fake
Things you should know about living with me: I listen to bassy electronica (the good shit lol) which I will play at agreed-upon hours if its going to be an issue...Im not out to blast anyone out of their sanctuary but I like to have a beat now and again. Im more of a night person than an early riser. I move about the house in various stages of undress, so hopefully that is not a problem...of couse, if you are having company or your parents come to visit, I am respectful of that.
Frequent and clear communication is the key to harmonious living, addressing an issue quickly and directly is the best way to resolve them so please be a good communicator.
