This valley is something to be experienced. It will wrap you in it's awsome beauty and warm you with it's suttle grace. If you seek life outdoors, you will enjoy the multi-faceted options this gem of nature offers. From the very quiet head of the Valley around Mazama, the cowboy town of Winthrope, the artistic town of Twisp, the historic (not quite a town) of Methow, down to Pateros, the hwy crosses the river eleven times. - Henry , posted 12/02/05 |
