If you're looking for a sound that will drag your soul all the way back to the ancient times and leave you wanting more, check out The Wicked Tinkers. If you're expecting something soft and lilting, prepare yourself. This is music to stomp to, clap to, scream to, and even belly dance too. Each musician is a respected artist in their field. They weave their musical specialties like a tightly made tapestry. The best treat of all, however, is to see this great group in person!! To "see" The Wicked Tinkers perform is to become a part of the performance. Not only is it impossible to sit still and merely "watch" or listen, you may likely end up with pounding drums nearly in your lap, a Bronze Age horn towering above you, or a piper spinning circles, as the Wicked Tinkers move through the crowd, stand on tables, invite folks to "bang a drum" and then magically appear back on stage in time to finish a song...never missing a beat or note! -  élan
